" I never leave bad reviews, but this was just a disastrous experience.We had to wait for over an hour for the food to arrive. When it finally arrived, the soup had hair in it and the other food was cold and flavourless.I sent the soup back and it took another quarter of an hour to get another bowl of soup, after the waiter said it would be two or three minutes. We then waited for another thirty minutes for the dessert, when we decided we've had enough and left.In the kitchen, the cooks don't wear gloves, hair nets, or masks. There are no sanitation measures in place whatsoever. What an awful, awful experience! "

" I've been there twice: atmosphere is lovely, especially upstairs, perfect place for calm brunch, lunch or dinner. Staff very nice, helpful. I tried their famous matcha pancakes, they were good, but overrated in my opinion. I am very demanding if there is a thing about pancakes and those were too dry in my opinion. Also additions like pineapple, maple syrup, strawberries, cream, pistacchios were okay separately, but together they seemed to be a little messy and underwhelming. Just not my type of a dish, but maybe someone else would like it more. "
