" We have visited this place three times before, but our last visit was disappointing. The quality of the coffee was subpar and didn't meet our expectations. The latte we ordered turned out to be an espresso with a small amount of milk, which was quite disappointing considering the price of 19.90 lei per cup. Additionally, the staff lady was not very friendly, and after two hours, she informed us that we needed to leave as we hadn't made a reservation. It would have been appreciated if she had offered us an alternative seat or suggested ordering something else instead of simply asking us to leave.When it came time to pay, we requested separate bills. I paid with my card, and my friend paid with cash, giving 100 lei for a 19.90 lei latte. However, the change we received was 71 lei instead of the expected 80. We reviewed the receipt and noticed that it was written for two coffees totaling 39.80 lei, even though I had already paid for my coffee separately. In this case 100-71= 29 lei…not 39,80. This discrepancy left us confused.Overall, we were disappointed with our visit, especially considering how much we enjoyed our previous visit in September when the service was better. We hope the management takes these issues into account to improve the overall experience. "
